International Personnel Certification Association (IPC)

Established in 1995 under the original name International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA), the International Personnel Certification Association (IPC) is a global alliance of personnel certification bodies. Its primary mission is to enhance the operational practices of certification bodies and to develop internationally recognized standards for personnel certification.

The IPC Management Systems Auditor Certification was the first personnel certification program to receive recognition under the International Accreditation Forum’s Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (IAF MLA), with the initial memorandum of understanding signed in 2017. IPC advances business performance by certifying individuals who demonstrate competence aligned with internationally accepted industry standards. Moreover, the organization is committed to supplying a stable and professionally qualified global workforce, thereby providing industries with a reliable foundation for growth and excellence.

International Accreditation Forum (IAF)

The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) is a global association comprising accreditation bodies, conformity assessment body associations, and other organizations involved in conformity assessment activities. These activities span verification and validation, as well as certification of management systems, products, processes, services, and personnel.The IAF is dedicated to promoting worldwide acceptance of conformity assessment results—such as certificates and statements of verification/validation—issued by bodies accredited by IAF MLA signatories. Through its initiatives and strategic programs, the IAF delivers value to all stakeholders within the international certification and accreditation ecosystem.
