International Therapist Volunteer Group is a global non-governmental organization centered on traditional Chinese medicine therapies. Comprised of doctors, healthcare professionals, and experts from diverse professional backgrounds, we are dedicated to providing humanitarian medical aid to people in need around the world. We uphold the principles of impartiality—regardless of race, religion, belief, or political affiliation—and strive to heal every soul longing to be seen, with sincerity, professionalism, and compassion.

These commitments represent our foundational expectations, although certain working contexts may require even stricter codes of conduct.

🌐 Staff and operational partners must treat patients, colleagues, and local residents with respect, without discrimination based on race, personal beliefs, lifestyle, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, origin, religious belief, or any other identity markers.

🌐​ Staff and operational partners must not engage in physical abuse (including physical violence, sexual assault, or other forms of bodily harm) or psychological abuse (such as bullying, abuse of power, harassment, discrimination, or favoritism).

🌐 ​Staff and operational partners must not use their positions for personal gain. All members must handle resources (including facilities, materials, finances, reputation, and image) with respect and care, ensuring they benefit both the organization and the people it serves.
